The trainee will build upon the basics learned in creation of a WBS and also learn the keys to setting up and reporting Earned Value metrics using QPM's Earned Value Manager. The class focuses on learning key concepts of Earned Value, including schedule and cost variance, estimate at complete, the importance of a performance measurement baseline, and the types of reporting (including CPR compliance reports) that are available.
